At ELVARAS Buckles, we want customers to be satisfied with their order. To keep our process fair and protect against misuse, all return and refund requests are subject to the terms below.
PROMOTIONAL, DISCOUNTED & BUNDLE ORDERS — FINAL SALE
All promotional, discounted, bundle, quantity-break, sale, and coupon-code orders are final sale.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Buy 2 / Buy 3 offers
• Bundle deals
• Multi-buy discounts
• Promotional codes
• Limited-time offers
• Sale-priced products
• Any order purchased below the standard single-item retail price
These orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds due to change of mind, ordering the wrong quantity, no longer wanting the item, or any other non-product-related reason.
The only exception is if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
FULL-PRICE SINGLE-ITEM RETURNS
For non-discounted, full-price single-item orders only, a return request may be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, the item must be:
• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Free from damage, scratches, odors, alterations, or signs of use
• Returned with all original packaging, parts, and accessories
• Approved in writing by ELVARAS Buckles before being returned
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, handling fees, shipping protection, and express-delivery fees are non-refundable.
Items sent back without written approval will not be accepted or refunded.
To request a return, contact support@elvaras.shop with your order number, full name, and the reason for your request.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@elvaras.shop.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or video evidence of the issue
• A short explanation of the problem
After reviewing the evidence, ELVARAS Buckles may offer a replacement, reshipment, partial refund, store credit, or refund, depending on the specific situation.
We reserve the right to request additional evidence before approving a claim.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
• Discounted, promotional, bundle, or multi-buy orders
• Used, worn, altered, or damaged items
• Items returned without original packaging or included parts
• Items returned without prior written approval
• Items returned after the applicable return window
• Gift cards, free promotional items, or giveaway items
• Orders returned due to an incorrect address entered by the customer
• Orders refused by the customer after shipment
REFUNDS
If a return or claim is approved, refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Refunds apply only to the approved item value. Shipping, handling, protection fees, and other service fees are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing or fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
