Thank you for shopping with ELVARAS Buckles.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

During promotions, holidays, high-volume periods, or unexpected fulfillment delays, processing times may be longer.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

After dispatch, estimated delivery is 10–14 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email when available.

Tracking may take several business days to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

ELVARAS Buckles is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once tracking confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, ELVARAS Buckles is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.

If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, contact the carrier and local authorities first. We may provide reasonable assistance where possible.

DELAYS

Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

If your order is significantly delayed, contact support@elvaras.shop with your order number and we will review the situation.

LOST PACKAGES

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, ELVARAS Buckles may offer a replacement shipment or refund after reviewing the case.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing or fulfillment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
